William Regal Replacing Bruno, Lance Storm to WWE NXT, HHH’s RAW Schedule

- Here’s the updated list of RAW shows that Triple H is confirmed for: March 4th, March 11th, March 18th and April 1st.


- Lance Storm will be heading to WWE NXT next week to work with the developmental talents there.


- WWE will be sending William Regal to the WrestleCon event in New Jersey during WrestleMania 29 weekend. Regal will be appearing on WrestleMania Sunday from 10am until noon. WWE is sending Regal to make up for them pulling Bruno Sammartino.

Main Event for Next Week’s SmackDown, Roddy Piper on RAW?, Birthdays

- Former WWE Women’s Champion Debra turns 53 years old today. also, today would have been the 32nd birthday of Lance Cade and the 49th birthday of Hall of Famer Mike Von Erich.


- Roddy Piper noted on Twitter that he has not been asked to appear on Monday’s old school RAW yet.


- The main event of next week’s WWE SmackDown will be Alberto Del Rio vs. Dolph Ziggler. The match was confirmed after a poll that ran during last night’s Social Media SmackDown. Ziggler won the chance to face Del Rio with 51% of the vote, beating out Wade Barrett and Antonio Cesaro.

WWE Worried About Cena Heat at WM, Diva Gets a Name Change, Ryder-Catering, Natalya

- Natalya is currently in the Superstar Spotlight on WWE’s website.


- Zack Ryder continues to hype his WrestleMania 29 battle against WWE catering. He tweeted last night:


“36 DAYS until #RyderVsCatering at @WrestleMania 29 at @MLStadium! #RyderManiaWWWYKI”


- We noted last week that WWE had signed Kendra Smith, who has experience in MMA and stuntwork, to a developmental deal. Her new ring name is Kendall Skye. On a related note, it’s said that Kendra impressed NXT officials big time several weeks back when she attended the tryouts.


- There has been an ongoing discussion within WWE about how John Cena will defeat The Rock at WrestleMania 29 in New York City without upsetting a lot of fans. There’s a feeling among some that Cena must get the win this time. It’s already expected that Cena will be booed out of the building.

Huge WWE Crowd Last Night, Wyatt Gets a Win, Kofi Replaces Rey, More

- WWE had a record breaking crowd of 10,279 fans at last night’s live event in Toronto, Canada at the Ricoh Coliseum. Arda Ocal, who was in attendance, predicted that WWE will return to Toronto for a TV event this fall.


- NXT star Bray Wyatt worked last night’s live event in Toronto, defeating Alex Riley. Wyatt cut a heel promo before the match.


- WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn was absent last night due to her appearance at the Arnold Classic this weekend. The Divas match saw Layla defeat Tamina Snuka. Tamina had Vickie Guerrero in her corner.


- With Rey Mysterio being pulled from live events, last night’s co-main event saw CM Punk defeat Kofi Kingston. The main event saw John Cena and Ryback beat The Shield by DQ.

What Triple H Is Doing Today, How to Get Your Mr. Socko, WWE Star Doing Charity Work

- WWEDVDNews.com reports that WWE’s upcoming “For All Mankind” DVD on Mick Foley will have a runtime of 6 hours and 15 minutes. For fans looking to get the special edition that comes with a Mr. Socko puppet, limited edition versions of the DVD and Blu-ray are up for pre-order on Amazon.


- Titus O’Neil, who does a lot of charity work in the Tampa area, will be the keynote speaker for The Academy Prep Center of Tampa’s Evening of Champions on March 7th from 6-9pm at the Academy Prep Campus in Ybor City. The event will raise funds for the Student Scholarship Fund. Titus is an Academy Prep volunteer and supporter.


- Triple H noted on Twitter that he is headed to the Arnold Classic today to support Bruno Sammartino as he’s inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame. Triple H will also be there to support Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is rumored to be inducting Bruno into WWE’s Hall this year. WWE also has Mark Henry and Kaitlyn there this weekend. - As seen on last night’s SmackDown, Fandango did not debut because Matt Striker couldn’t get his name right. Fandango tweeted after the show:


“I’ll debut when people start saying my name correctly. It’s Faaaaan-daaaaaan–goooooo! Get it right! Later nerds.”

Love: The C.M. Punk vs John Cena Wrestlemania #1 contender match from RAW. All I can say is WOW. This was the best free tv WWE match, since the Attitude Era. This match was a gem. The crowd was into the match from start to finish. The submission counters, would make the most jaded Ring of Honor fan proud. The last part of the match was very relatable to an Undertaker Wrestlemania match. I was convinced Cena was gonna win (as I am with Undertaker at Wrestlemania) but several times throughout the end of that match, I “marked out” and thought Punk was actually gonna get the win. John Cena looks like a completely different wrestler in there with Punk. Those two have great ring chemistry together. I’d much rather see this match again headlining Wrestlemania, than The Rock vs Cena.


Hate: That “Once in a lifetime” will happen for the 2nd time in as many years. This match bored me at...
