During the Q & A for TNA's PPV, Slammiversary, Bully Ray was asked many questions. When asked about which of the companies were the best to work for this was his answer:
"Every single one of those companies have so many good qualities, and so many bad. The great part of ECW was you got to do whatever you wanted to do, and be whoever you wanted to be. Paul encouraged you to speak up and ... become a better performer. When you get to WWE, that doesn't go over so well."
He also talked about how Team 3D was the greatest tag team of all time and a story were he gave a kid wearing a John Cena shirt a Aces & Eights shirt.
