PWTorch has confirmed that WWE on-air star Paul Heyman's father, Richard Simon Heyman, passed away at the age of 87 last week. An obituary published in the New York Times on June 27 stated that Richard died on June 25.
The obituary mentions Richard as the father to Paul Heyman, as well as the grandfather to Azalea and Jacob (Paul's children).
Richard was described as having "knowledge, intelligence, street smarts, sense of humor, kindness, ethics, loyalty, and sage wisdom" that "enriched all those around him." Richard Heyman was an attorney in the Bronx throughout his entire professional career.
Services were held last Friday, June 28.
