In a bizarre move WWE are promoting a story about how Randy Orton was attacked by a fan during yesterday’s live event in Cape Town, South Africa. A video shows Orton celebrating after his match with Big E. Langston and when he’s on the turnbuckle a fan enters the ring and appears to low blow him. A statement on WWE.com says… “The matter is currently under investigation by the local authorities, and the South African fan is being held in jail pending criminal charges. The extent of Orton’s injuries are unknown at this time.”
