- The official WWE website announced Thursday evening that suspended official Brad Maddox will have to answer to a Board of Inquiry at WWE Headquarters Thursday morning in response to his actions at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event.

As the storyline goes, Maddox assisted CM Punk in retaining the WWE Championship by delivering a low blow to Ryback, allowing Punk to pin him. Maddox’s actions prompted Ryback to assault him. The following night on Raw, Punk denied any affiliation with Maddox.

- SmackDown ring announcer Lilian Garcia will miss WWE’s European tour kicking off today and concluding on Nov. 10 after being struck by a car Friday in Los Angeles, California. When asked on Twitter Wednesday whether she will be on the tour, she responded, “No, and I’m really sad about it. Def there in spirit!”

The Brad Maddox storyline on Wednesday evening took another twist. WWE in a kayfabe article noted Maddox has been“summoned to WWE Headquarters” in Stamford, Conn. to be questioned by a Board of Inquiry on Thursday morning. As first reported by WWE's Breaking News mobile alert service, Maddox was suspended for his controversial actions, which arguably cost Ryback a victory over WWE Champion CM Punk inside Hell in a Cell. But will there be additional, more severe punishment on the way for Maddox? Former WWE Diva Releasing Stolen Playboy Photos

According to TMZ, Former WWE Diva Amy Weber is releasing photos she shot for Playboy after the photos were stolen from her laptop last week.

Weber told TMZ that her laptop was stolen last Wednesday in the Los Angeles area which contained copies of nude photos that never made print.

Weber and her management team decided to release the photos rather than allow the person that stole them to profit from releasing photos. There is no indication when the photos will be released.

10/29 WWE Raw Rating - Third Hour Declines Sharply

Monday's 10/29 edition of WWE Raw scored a 2.9 cable rating which was up on last week's disastrous 2.48 rating.The show drew 4.306 million viewers in hour one, the second dropped a little to 4.217 million viewers and third took a sharp fall to 3.783 million viewers.  While WWE could blame the third hour decline on Super Storm Sandy which left much of the eastern sea board without power, they have declined almost every week in the third hour since switching to a three hour format in July. Monday Night Football was also over by the third hour.

Batista’s New Opponent For MMA Debut Revealed

Former WWE Superstar Dave Batista will face veteran Vince Lucero in his MMA debut this Saturday, October 6th at The Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, RI.

Batista was originally scheduled to face Rashid Evans, however Evans was arrested after violating his probation and was not going to be released from jail in time for the fight.

Lucera is a veteran of 42 professional fights, and has fought former UFC heavyweights Tim Sylvia, Justin Eilers, Homer Moore and Christian Wellisch.
